Twitter is currently in the beta testing stage of a new feature that will undoubtedly strengthen a hotel’s presence on twitter. The ‘Twitter Business Center’ adds a few new key features but is currently only active on a select few accounts. Among the new features are the ability to verify the authenticity of the account and also the possibility to accept direct messages from those who you are not currently following.
